hi, it got to the allocation questionaire stage and i started the claim back in nov 06, didnt get interest back though suppose i could have pushed further

i thought i needed to apply for an amendment due to adding more info on the claim

oh bugger, just realised that i didnt add the interest to my claim, can i add this in the amendment that im applying for

ok, today i received a form from the courts, notice of defence. It states that they have already paid a goodwill gesture of 750, which is true, but im claiming a further 4500 approx. In their defence section it reads as follows, The defence is served without prejudice to the defendants contention that the statement of claim is insufficiently particularised and is embarrasing also it states that i havent identified the account that this claim relates to. Any help please

just a question, on the claim submitted on the money claim site, ive only put details of the total amount im claiming, no breakdown or any thing like that, is that correct

i had one of those today as well, anyone had similar and what should we expect next

i am at the stage where i have issued the court claim and they have acknowledged, today i received a letter saying that they are still not prepared to offer any more than the 750, and that any money awarded would have the 750 deducted, anyone else had the letter ?

yep, me to, they seem to have a lot of 750 bundles spare

hi, im at the same stage as you, they must have a sack full of those 750 credits as i got one yesterday, even though i replied saying i want the full 5k

27th dec, 750 credited to bank, i havent even said i would accept this

ok, 22nd dec, received a letter from lloyds saying they would make a payment of 750.00, the amount im claiming is over 5k, any comments please

Thanks for that, it looks like tsb want to take things to the end, in the two letters i havent sent a statement of charges, just a total. Any advice please, plus how do i start a new thread
