  1. Yes i have proves that DD were set up without conscent and the bank paid them and even refused to refund them until it went to complaint department. Also i have vivid prove that many payments were taked from CC without authorization and the excuse was oh well the debtor called and paid them by phone and the funny thing is the Cv2 is needed to authotise payment but the those cv2s were kept secrect for future use
  2. Eviction is a very complicated matter if you are 8 weeks in arrears . you can be served with a summon , a hearing which take between 3 to 5 months. Up to the date of the hearing, if you are below 8 weeks arrears even by £5 you may not be evicted still. so please be careful and always seek legal advice first. even if the eviction take place it can always be reversed stopped or delayed. however it could all turn against you if ur not prepared. take it from me we have been told to leave the house we live since april and we are still confused whether we are leaving or staying. one day the court tells us to be prepare to leave and another day the Landlord lanched a application to stop eviction and another day i get a call from bank telling us to definitely seek alternative accomodation. alll this happened after the court authorised the repossession and the eviction date was set and then the LL tried to evict us before the bailiff came hoping to get his house back in order to make a deal with the bank etc...... too complicated if one follows the law to the point.
  3. Never ever send or give your IDs to any of those scumbags. they are thieves and will 100% defraud in order to receive payment. Never give out your A/c or Credit card number because they would steal your money without your authorisation I have seen it many many times. the way it works is like this they enter payment and sometimes fake CV2 and the system would allow it to go through but because the advisor would process 1000s if 10 or more are fake his boss will most probably tell him to be careful and you would be left to fight for a charge back. I knew a guy who managed to do it this way and he got 100.000 pounds collection in order to get a bonus etc..... the other thing is that they would simply click on Direct debit and iot would be authorized. if you complain they would say that you called them and authorised it .if you ask to listen to conversation they would say it is only recorded randomly for training purposes PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VIEWS EXPRESSED IN THIS POST ARE THE PERSONAL VIEWS OF THE POSTER.

With all due respect. if you claim the deposit back via court and get a CCj there is very little you can do to recieve it unless you know where the LL is, you can then enforce the CCJ. it is time consuming and the law is wrong . there should be a way to get deposit back the moment you vacate the property not months later.
  5. Hi this is how it works depending on what type of contract you have there are rules to follow. I take it you have a standard agreement ie AST assured short tenancy agreement with the AST you are guarantee to stay there for 6 months without any evictions unless you have broken the Terms and conditions ie Rent Arrears. with rent Arrears they can serve you with Section 8 but they need to show evidence of at least 8 weeks of arrears. then prepare the court procedure . from the moment they sent you teh papers till the day you live the place we are looking at 3-5 months and the trick is that once you pay £5 below the 8 weeks of Arrears you can avoid being evicted second option is Section 21 which is easy and fuss free, there is no hearing no need to go to court. must pay court cost £150 and they musr serve you with 2 months plus one day notice ie if your agreement start 1st April they need to give you notice 1 or 2nd of August. if they do not do it properly the judge will throw the case out many many had their cases thrown out trust me. there is another option if the tenants stay beyond 6 months it is called APP the LL can evict the Tenant if the notice is served correctly . the LL will 100% gets possession but can not claim for rent arrears as they is no hearing. and if the Ll wishes to claim for the Arrears another claim separate must be made. now regarding the deposit if there is no inventory done at the beginning of the tenancy they is no need to keep the deposit as the reason the deposit asked is to secure any damages made since no inventory made no claim can be made against the Tenant even if teh Tenant takes a hammer and start to destroy the house.   6. get yourself a mobile number (50p per sim card) call all companies you don't like and give them that number and also have a call divert to that number for a while just in case. you soon should be ok.
  7. I agree with everything that was said above. one thing important to notice is that eventually they will find you bear that in mind. the question is how patient are you? I have seen people who got away with debt completely and others who could not . it all depends how moral and patient you are.

  9. The answer to your question is that you have nothing to do with Ltd company even if it yours. just like a couple living together a husband goes bankrupt the wife is free . the law treat them as two separate human beings
  10. is 14 days includes weekends? also if less than 40 MpH can u get away with £60 fine and a course instead of 3 points? am i correct?

Dot Not deal with DCas until you are 100% sure there are the owners of the debts. if the debt is legally theirs and i repeat legaly sold to them(they need to prove that to you) then you can deal with them. by now you can forget about your credit rating it has been damaged I forgot using a credit card is not a good option when getting your CF . you could send a Postal order try a temporary address if you can get one. ____________________WARNING__________________________________ NEVER NEVER NEVER give out your Account details to a DCA neither over the phone nor in writting . if you do I can assure you that all they have to do is put the payment through by faking a CV2 and pretend you gave them a phone call and paid. and then try to agrue with them . ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
  12. Dear Tony your post sounded like a PR on behalve of DCAs. i can assure you that the DCAs are bullies who break the law over and over and do not care who you are. I have seen with my eyes occasions where Dcas agents stealing i say stealing money from people's accounts. in fact one of them managed to recover £90.000 and the majority of the collections were illegal. the company was warned but the innocent people never recieved their money back. Please when you have something real share it with us otherwise there is no need to lie on behalve of thieves (3 years working with various DCAs so i know exactly what i am talking about) Regards

How much debt are we talking about? who are the creditors etc..? you have few options 1- either call the creditors and find out the outcome. even if you do not have ref: they should be able to advise you. 2- get a credit report using a temporary address and use online (free for 30 days) 3- to find out if any CCj? you need to pay £4.50 to get a report of any CCJ. google uk CCJ registor I believe that by now many of your debts would have been sold to scavangers DCA like crapquest and if that is true you could simply make a deal with them as they buy the debt for few pences to a pound. by never claim that you have money. always say a relative may be able to help if there is a deal to be reached. never accept the first offer wait and try again and again i am 100% sure you get a good deal out. exple if your debt is £5000 offer £800 then move to no more than £1500 let us know the outcome.

  15. Hi I have been reading the forum for sometimes now but never bothered to register. however upon reading yours i felt the urge to reply to your post. In many years of working with bailiffs i can conclude that the bailiffs are the **** of the earth. they have no feelings and they are the lowests of creation. please spare me with your JIgJO junk the best way to enforce the fines debts etc is not through the bailiffs but we need a proper regulations and better fairer enforcements. bailiffs are the core cause of the UK debts.
