  1. Hey guys - please accept my apologies if my thread has been inserted into the wrong place, but I am fairly new to this so am limping through a bit! I have recently entered an online claim to take Natwest to court and am awaiting their defence. (Should be some time around the end of this week). The thing is, when I worked out my charges I calculated ALL my charges, including some of them which were refunded following my appeal to the bank at the time. When it came to submitting the online claim, I asked someone's advice here on the forum chatroom as to whether I should leave these charges on the spreadsheet when submitting it. Their response was a resounding yes, take the bank for all you can - if they notice that they have refunded some of them then they'll just not pay you for those ones. I'm a little worried now that I have read up further, obviously I don't expect to get any money without a fight, and it sounds as though Cobbett's are pretty thorough with trying to find chinks in armour - is this something which may seen the case thrown from court, or can I just alter the schedule of charges if they point this out, and ask for a revised payment? My apologies again if this seems like a similar point to one raised by many, and i know that Bankfodder would have my guts for garters if he knew I hadn't spent 5 days reading up about the whole process, but a little independent advice would be most welcome! Many thanks, Russ
