I have just had settlement off abbey all I did was phone Inga kirkman every day until she coughed up .......... claim & interest & costs. here is her number 0207 7564332 she will tell you she will order your file from another office and once she gets it, usually about 24 hours she will pay up

Just a quick one, I am gonna claim off capital one, do I use same letters and procedure as I o for bank charges also do I still need to send £10 postal order or is it lower? thanks in advance

got a cheque off RBOS today £22.25 What a joke it must have gone all on charges as there was 3 accounts involved. when i send an SAR do i have to pay £10 for each account involved?

I have spoken to a solictor of RBOS today, they had locted my file and claim that problem was that they could not contact me.. they are sending a letter to me today explaining what to do next.

with everything paid including charges of about £20,000 still leaves at least £30,000 unspoken for i have not recieved a thing as i have been living no fixed abode in a camper since and just now decided to see if there is anything i'm entitled to. neil

can anyone help me? I bought a house for the value of about £45,000 and when i lost my job due to ill health in 2002 it was repossesed. The Royal Bank of Scotland then sold the house through Halifax for approx £100,000. so after charges etc am i entitled to any money back? if so how do i go about it?
