Log Book Loans - Can anyone help???
rfcboy replied to nellie75's topic in Vehicle retailers and manufacturers
Hi guys. Thanks for all the info. I will definetley be taking the loan out now thanks to the above posters. My issue was simply - If i keep up repayments will this company give me any problems. The answer to that was - no. I am happy with the intrest as ITS ALL I CAN GET its simple. People like us who use companies like this have no other means but to use them. Its that simple, if you can cover the repayments then take the loan out. If you cant then dont. I do sympathise with people who have little help from this company. but lets face it. there is a lot of people here who are not being totally honest. Its clear in the paper work that your payments are over a certain term, at a certain frequency. I dont buy it when people say they didnt know the payments were weekly or monthly. Im not excusing the company for its very very poor customer service, but then maybe if people read the info before they took the loans then these companies wouldnt be so aggressive when they want THEIR money back. Thanks to everyon for their help though, and I hope you all sort out your difficulties. -
Log Book Loans - Can anyone help???

hi everyone. I have been watching this forum with interest over the last day or so as tommorow I will be borrowing £1500 on my car from this company. I understand I will have to pay £247 a month for 1 year and 1 month and I am happy with this as I cannot get the money any other way. Can some people please just be honest here - is the reason you are all complaining simply because you got the loan, then realised it was way too expensive (which lets face it, it is) and decided you didnt want to pay the rest? honesty please. other than that does anyone else have any other reason to NOT take the loan out if they are aware of the intrest rates etc? if so then can you provide some examples of why I shouldnt take the loan out? what other stuff does the company do? if I take the loan out and make every payment on time is there any other cause for concern with them? I will basically decide on the loan from the comments i hope to get back from this. thanks for all the comments you will be posting in advance.
