  1. Ok, been several days now. I have the form filled in but do not have any clue what to put in the "other information" box. I have search these forums daily and can only find something that isnt quite related. I have a few days left to get it back to them. Is anyone able to help? I really don't want to fall down at the last hurdle over such a stupid thing Dave
  2. Anyone able to help with the AQ form I have to fill in?
  3. I now have a copy of the allocation questionnair form that needs to be filled in. God knows where I start on this one... time to think carefully, though any help will be appreciated
  4. Still not heard anything back sigh. Getting a little worried now. Thought I would have had a date from the court by this point.
  5. Dont have the paper work with me at the moment. Essentially they paid back the MCOL fees and 2 direct debit fees and said that was all they felt they owed. What they actually owe is around £700 so i sent the form back and a copy to Charles saying that I will proceed with the claim for the full amount.
  6. Well I posted back the form the other week saying that I will proceed with the claim as they are being stupid! I assume I will get an allocation questionaire some time this week. sigh. And there I was hoping I would have the cash for xmas. They have already said they are going to close my accounts in about 2 weeks. Time to move bank.
  7. Ok the front form is N236 (Notice of defence that amount claimed has been paid) and attached is N9B which is Nationwide disputing the claim amount.
  8. Got a letter today from northampton county court. Nationwide say they have paid £170 and that is all they should pay. This is not the case as they owe well over £600 still. Anyone happen to have some advice or a link to advice on how to use the form? What parts do I send back and how do I reply to say that they are essentially fibbing? I find the form to be quite confusing and it says it has a time period so any help asap is far more than welcomed Dave
  9. Ok, so just say thanks, repeat all that was said before, and wait for something to happen. ok Thank you thank you thank you
  10. Just checked money claim online, says that nationwide have filed a defence and i will be told which court this is at shortly. What do i do now? They have paid only a small part of what they owe and now filed a defence. Getting a little worried
  11. Came home to find a letter from Nationwide. "we have refunded £90 and credited £80 and dont think we should give you any more etc" What step do I take now? Just let the court claim proceed with MCOL? DO I go and ask for judgement of some form? Send a letter? Any advice much appreciated.
  12. Ok, it wasnt 100... but so far yesterday .. correction of £90 today... cash deposit of £140 This is still some way off the £700 plus that is being claimed. You think it will arrive later today? Tomorrow, or is it time to fight more?
  13. Doh, just seen that there is already one... http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/surveyresults.php Sorry guys and gals, though if you fancy doing it for fun please do
  14. Hey all, Nationwide started paying out today, yay for me Still need to wait for the rest and indeed for Barclays. Anywho, reason for this post is a quick question of how much people have managed to claim back? If the mods are ok with me asking, is anyone who has claimed able to head over to my blog and quickly click on option on my survey? I am interested in getting some general totals so we can all know how well we are doing against these buggers! I have put the poll here: Money Claimed Back | redclaim.com Just thought it would be interesting for us all to find out. ttfn Dave
  15. Ah well, will see about account closures. Looks like they will both go as just got amystery deposit of £100 into the second account which I was NOT claiming on. lol Ho hum, will wait for the rest in the other account Dave
  16. Agreed. I already planned on opening another after they close it... that is IF they don't close my second account. Because they messed up when i opened my account with them I have ended up with 2 seperate flex accounts and one savings account. Hopefully they will only close one of the flex accounts and save me the trouble Dave
  17. Hopefully not long now... Acknowledged(09/11/2006) Dave
  18. Yup. You can pretty much ignore the letters they send you. Just stick to your time scale, go through the motions, and get your money back. Any probs just ask us in here
  19. Yup, please keep us updated. Great news thus far though! Think of it as tapping into an old savings account Dave
  20. Thank you Hopefully that means a payout next week
  21. I just checked MCOL says : Issued 6th of November What does this mean? How long does it take for them to accept the claim normally? Just trying to get an idea of time scales etc. I had the court paper through the other day, still nothing as yet.... Well done on your win! Dave
  22. Ok. Filled in all details with moneyclaim, about to pay and submit it. Once I do, do I need to send anything to the courts or to nationwide? If I do, what do I send? Just a letter confirming action taken and a copy of the costings spreadsheet?
  23. OK. I have 2 accounts. They total over £1000 in charges. Today I have done the full list of charges from the statements. I have also written the first letter. They will be sent recorded tomorrow. Will keep you updated. A quick tip.... When you want the statements from your accounts, even from more than 3 years back, go into your local branch and request them, even if they are from close accounts. They will say it will cost a fiver or tenner. Just say that is fine. A few days later you will have all the statements in nice fat envelopes. I found this to be FAR quicker than writing off for them and indeed there were no "micro tape" issues with getting the older ones. Plus in the end, they didnt cost me Dave
  24. I have been trying to work this out. I come out with 0.15257 which I guess is 15p per day. But then what do I do with this number? How do I work it into the paragraph and calculate the interest?
