  2. Hi All I issued proceedings against bank of Scotland, the due date at court is 14th feb. 2007, the banks return date is today, I called the court today at 3pm to establish if the bank had responded, and was told that they have not yet responded, but they have till midnight to night to respond. What are the chances of them responding by then? How can they respond by midnight, can the respond by email? What happens if they don`t respond? Like wise if they do? Any adv on this one guys?

  5. Hi all, I have raised action with the court on Friday the return date is 7th Feb 2007. Court date 14th February I have received a letter from bos today stating the offer of £691.00 was a gesture of goodwill and that he confirms I will not get a refund of all my charges £2465.00. He goes on to stress that the charges are to stand and they reserve the right to close my account. He also stresses that if I remain unhappy I should refer my concerns to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Does this mean I will loose my court case in Feb???
