Thanks for replying! So what i should do is as soon as the 14 days is up, apply to the court? Do i give them any warning to say i am not waiting 4 weeks? Thanks x -
Hi everyone, I recieved a reply to my letter before action today and heres what it says......... I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the charges applied to your account. We're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer Relations Manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will recieve a reply shortly, but certainly no later than 4 weeks. You will find enclosed a copy of our leaflet, Which tells you how we will handle your complaint. Your concerns will be delt with as quickly as possible. So do i wait another 4 weeks before i take it further? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

kaka123 replied to kaka123's topic in Scotland Banks & Finance
i recieved my statements inabout a week after i had given them permission to take a £5 charge from my account for the statements, Have you not had a letter to ask this yet? If not i would suggest you either phone them or write to them again requesting the statements. -
Hi evertyone, I have recieved a letter from Bank of Scotland, This morning. I should be sending my letter before action at this point but the letter i recieved said this.............. Further to your recent enquiry i regret to advise you that having fully considered your request, we are unable to make a refund of the charges applied to your bank account. If you would like any further information please contact us on the above number or call into your local branch. Your sincerely Chris Govers I have searched these boards and havent found another costomer from bos who have recieved this responce, does that mean its over for me? Any help appreciated, Jade x
