  2. sorry, i am not understanding this at all :o I have to write to the bank to get the statements anyway, once i have done that what will be my next step? Sorry about this, but when i did my claim i just had to sed the 3 letters and that was it,
  3. what do you mean? I havent started the claim yet, will i just skip all the letters and file the claim at the court?
  4. Hi there, i have claimed last year for my self and y partner, and am just away to start helping my friend with her claim. I know the court case is still on going with the banks, so can i still start a claim, or will i be better waiting until the case is over? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks x
  5. i have just read it back, and yes ur right!! So next step it is!! Just hope it doesnt actually go to court!! Fingers crossed it will be settled soon. Thanks for your help!!
  6. Thanks for replying! So what i should do is as soon as the 14 days is up, apply to the court? Do i give them any warning to say i am not waiting 4 weeks? Thanks x
  7. Hi everyone, I recieved a reply to my letter before action today and heres what it says......... I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the charges applied to your account. We're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer Relations Manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will recieve a reply shortly, but certainly no later than 4 weeks. You will find enclosed a copy of our leaflet, Which tells you how we will handle your complaint. Your concerns will be delt with as quickly as possible. So do i wait another 4 weeks before i take it further? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
  8. i recieved my statements inabout a week after i had given them permission to take a £5 charge from my account for the statements, Have you not had a letter to ask this yet? If not i would suggest you either phone them or write to them again requesting the statements.

Your sincerely Chris Govers I have searched these boards and havent found another costomer from bos who have recieved this responce, does that mean its over for me? Any help appreciated, Jade x
