Hi i was looking through the website few weeks ago, there ws something about banks are not allowed to closed your account down and that if we all claim out charges back banks seem to threat and close the account down, can anyone help in regarding a template letter to send to the bank??? please help, cant afford accounts to be closed.............

HELP!!!!!! i wonder if someone could help me, just received a letter from the courts to take NatWest to clain my banks charges back, but have to send all the paperwork relating to the case 21 days after i have received the court order which will be on the 19/02/07. can anyone help me, to put the cases together or someone who has been to court, a bit scary!!!!! will i win??? -
