  1. Just over one week down and no reply, they have until Thursday before the LBA is posted out, hopefully it won't come to that stage!
  2. You wouldn't happen to have a copy of the letter you sent?
  3. Information received right on the 40 day deadline! Totalled it all up and it comes to roughly about £520. Now here is where my dilemma is - the bank offered me £236 a few weeks ago, should i send the LBA or send them the acceptance of partial payment letter?
  4. On a phonecall they fed me some guff about gathering items from an old system... I will send the 7 day letter off over the next few days that should get their gas at a peep.
  5. Thanks for the info, and also to my lovely girlfried - as due to work commitments i was unable to ask. I called the bank and awaiting them to give me a call to ensure the statements WILL be sent out. Although i spoke to Customer Relations, who knew very little other than the fact that i had been offered £236 as a settlement. This intrigues me to think its more. Thanks again Weej, i'll update with any progress...
  6. Mine was a strange one, i sent away the SAR, and they replied to me a week before the deadline was up offering me £236 as a "goodwill gesture" I guess they're all different, but i was a bit taken aback what ONE letter could get me. Although i'm holding out for the statements to see how much i'm ACTUALLY owed.
  7. They messed me about for AGES, saying they were getting statement from "an old system" I got a letter today (as you may see above) offering me a settlement - although i'm also worried that i have to take them to court!
  8. Rec'd a letter from the bank offering me £236 as a "goodwill gesture" The sleekit gits, never said how much i've shelled out on charges, so i'm apprehensive about accepting it- especially if i'm due a lot more/ *confused*
  9. Still nothing rec'd from them as yet, with just over 3 weeks to go i think they had better get a shifty on. My girlfriend is starting to get the runaround from her bank, but no doubt we'll get them in the end!
  10. Data protection letter rec'd on 20th Septmeber. Rec'd usual "sorry to hear you are unhappy - we will be in contact in due course" Halloween is their day of destiny, i shall wait with baited breath!
