What ever they want to do with the paperwork is up to them, I know what Im owed and so does the FOS so as long as I get paid thats all I care about.
-
I signed because the original terms and conditions still apply and nothing has changed.
The contract I signed was a back dated contract which I signed and dated back to 2006 of which the contract term is already finished so welcome will of gained nothing by trying to get me locked into a new contract.
I have letters here explaining the process so they cannot back out and the signed contract is as far as Im concerned just for there records.

Not a problem.
Sorry Realist, just noticed it was posted in the wrong WF thread -
Would like some feedback on the following.
Do I sign the contract or not?
-
Do us a favour M8 and start your own thread. It gets confusing if loads reply and post on a thread.

Has anyone else who is having 'problems' with these muppets, getting phonecalls offering to 'renew' their loans, even though they are in dispute, or is it only me?Three phonecalls in the past 2 weeks, even though they havent replied to CCA letter and had the telephone harrassment letter.
Now its a waiting game for the SAR to come through!

Thats an interest calc, looking for one that give you a final figure for a PPI claim but I have tried the one on here and get confused
Regarding Wescum Im not giving up no way to much to loose £8000 plus but Im more concerned because they have given me a dead line and the FOS say the contracts are normal to sign.
Now, if I sign this contract and the one at their local office Im concerned to the point if they are trying to con me in some way, hence the urgency in seeking help.
Regards.

I need to get this asap not to go past there deadline. Also does anyone a simple PPI calculator available?

Thanks, did send you a PM as well.

Yes.
Has Britain been completely taken over by debt collectors?CCJ over 6 years old.
Only found out a few weeks ago a company did the same for my wife for a debt thats 10 year old.
CCJ still on file but dont know what to do about it?

Anyone?

PS,
With the above contract (looks like it was printed from a laser printer) there are no dates or terms and conditions.
So if I do sign it I could be agreeing to anything.
-
Anyone else with a comment on this?
-
Ok thanks.

Sure, will do that asap. Also noticed that the new contract has no dates, strange?
-
Welcome say this is now how they send out new contracts, it looks like a photocopy and not an actual contract like when I originally signed?
Also today I've received a photocopy of a new contract but although they say in the letters above that the new contracts will be back dated, the new contract dont have any dates on them?So are they legal contracts?
-
If I dont sign both agreements Welcome say that they take that as I dont want to continue with the claims.
So its a catch 22 in my eye's.
-
I understand that but why would I cancel an agreement that in effect is paid up already. The loan finished yesterday and the car finished in July.
The reason its gone on a few months more is arrears and Im trying to get that refunded as well because if they had not put the PPI on the agreement in the first place, the payments would of been more managable.
I cant see any reason what they would gain from it?
the reason why they want you to go to there office and sign isit will be a non concealable agreement as signed on trade premises
if its going back to the beginning then there are to be no charges, period
please please do not sign nothing until welcome give it to you in black and white
we all know how shy they are with that
if you go to sign the new contract, when the give it you, go into a corner on your own and read it and read it again before you sign as you will not be able to cancel
