Yes ex employer getting letter today am searching for one!!!! The bank have alreadt fobbed me off and told me charges stand and the offer already made is goodwill and is now likely to be withdrawn anyway due to conduct of account!!!

Hello all, I have an ongoing claim with RBOS for £885 the offered £585 without prejudice etc... I have rejected as final settlement but told them they can give it to me as part payment. My problemis this: I have changed jobs and my idiot previous employers never paid my final msalary this has left me £2500 O/d charges of £710 from the bank!!! I am due to file moneyclaim tomorrow, can I add these to the original £885 without giving the bank more time. Or will the bank say i issued cheques etc.... with no funds I thought I had the money and it was after the cheques were issued that i realised i had none... Any advice would help

Hello Sent prelim to Robbing Bank of scotland on 14/09 claiming £885 in charges covering 10 weeks!!!!!of ba nking. Got fob off response today saying fees fair etc..... Can I send LBA now or do I need to wait 14 days from prelim? Thanks;)

Hello All, I started the process of claiming via prelim letter for £885 (in 10 weeks) in unfair fees from the Robbing Bank of Scotland on 14th September. On the 13th September the Supreme Court paid a cheque for £300 into my account, my statement shows Supreme Court as the payee. The RBS are now saying that this cheque will take 6 WORKING days to clear. Are they trying to play hardball? Views welcome
