Hi all! I'm new to your forum! Thank you for having me. I heard about this website and forum through a work friend. I remember hearing about people recovering bank charges and thought it was just an impossible thing that I could never do. But I'm determined to try and get my money back as I feel I have been treated unfairly by my bank, the Bank of Scotland. I want to stop accepting that this is the way things are and instead DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Thank you!
