Just had a thought.... Although I'm claiming back about £1200 from Nationwide I also have and index linked ISA saving account with them. Its doing OK and holds a few grand and is making a bit o cash for me for the long term future. Are they likely to try and close this if I win my case against them? I've only sent my prelim leter so far and (heard nothing back) and i'm waiting to send my LBA.

Prelim letter sent off today in the hope of getting my 1156.50 back. Here's hoping!!

Just putting together the info for my claim against NW. Have spent ages reading threads & info on here so I hope I'm doing it right. Recieved details of my statements & charges back from them yesterday, so now to add them all up and get the relevant letter sent off. A quick total looks like about 1200 pounds. Here's hoping. I'll keep you posted
