received letter from bank this morning they had refunded £750 into my account (account was empty up until this point) lloyds c/card took £173 pounds sraight away had spoken to their collections department yesterday and explained i had written to them with a financial breakdown and was struggling financially. the £750 is £500 pounds short of what i am owed cant find a template letter accepting this money but also informing them i will not accept it as full and final. HELP!
