Hi I'm stuck My claims for £1352 I have reached the deadline for my claim to go to court (29/23/2006), Ive not sent my claim forms to court yet as I'm a busy man, Abbey have now paid a £760 GOGW in to my account since I've typed up my n1 claim forms. I have sent the acceptance of part payment letter to Abbey. Should I now just re-do my claim forms and take Abbey to court over the remaining monies. 1352 minus 760 = £592? any help would be great Thanks Richard

Wow, I've just read through the whole post..... well done Sarah! I just hope my claim doesnt have to go that far! I wonder how long it will be until banks stop paying out (hopefully after I've got my money back!). Happy Christmas/winter break to everyone. Richard
