good luck with the claim, just joined today, thanks for the links. My claim is against LTSB as well, so I will be watching with interest. Quick question however, if this does go to court, can I sue them for stress blah blah blah. My claim is for about £710, but it would be nice to get more, for all the time an effort I will be about to make. If what they have done is illegal, why are they not paying for my time and effort to claim money back? andy?
