I'm new to this and am not even sure that I'm sending this to the right place. I've been thinking about taking action on bank charges for a while now and today this camels back was finally broken when a mini statement from RBS informed me that between 10th and 20th of this month they have had £104 in charges from my account, even if I were wealthy this would upset me but in my current financial situation (I'm what RBS refer to as a revolver) I'm well and truly hacked off. I look forward to taking them on though I'm a bit worried about it all. I appreciate the fact that this group exists and hope that with your help I'll get to grips with it all. Regards Ponine.
