Hello hope you can help us. My husband has a case ongoing at Gloucester CC against Barclays. This has been stayed until tomorrow and then the judge has decided that unless a request for directions is filed by 14/02 it will be closed. Are these directions suitable for this purpose and if so do we need a legal form or will a letter do? Hope you can help us thank you Julie & Dave

Hello All, Hopefully someone will be able to advise us where to go from here. Gloucester cc stayed our claim in November with the 8th January being the review date. We have now had a letter saying that the stay will remain in effect until 31/01/2007 in order for us to reach an agreement but then we will have until 14/02/2007 to enter a request for directions or the claim will be struck out. We don't have a clue what to do now. All help greatly appreciated. Thank you Julie
