  1. Hi Everitt, Just use the SAR letter in the templates section of the forum and ask for your statements first. They will send you six years back from receipt of SAR letter. FD do not charge for this. I have claimed £1800+ by only writing 3 letters per account. All from the templates section. Good Luck Dafster
  2. Got another offer today for the full amount . Another successful claim for CAG. Abbey next!!!
  3. Robert Kernaghan is the Customer Services Manager at FD. The first offer letter directs you to him if you have a complaint.
  4. Received an offer this morning -15% of total claim. I will be sending the LBA tomorrow to Mr. Kernaghan
  5. Received a stalling letter this morning saying 'we will be in touch in 10 days...'. Got this last time and a few days later received first offer. I'll just file it and wait.
  6. My complete claim of £900+ was made up of overdraft and excess overdraft fees only. It was paid in full, 4 weeks after prelim. Good Luck but you won't need it.
  7. Prelim sent today. Took a while to get round to it but eventually got it in the post. £800+, so worth the claim.
  8. Received acknowledgement of SAR yesterday and statements today. Haven't had a chance to tally up yet
  9. Paid in full on 22nd December. Great Xmas Pressie!
  10. After making one successful claim against FD , I thought my wife could do with some extra cash. I have just sent a SAR on her behalf (with her permission of course)
  11. It was just a 'thanks but no thanks'. Very polite and obviously effective
  12. I second Androobe on this one. My whole claim consisted of Overdraft Fees and Excess Overdraft Fees only. My claim was settled in FULL . Good Luck
  13. WOO HOO! I sent a tweaked letter of rejection on 11/12 accepting partial settlement with the threat to continue claim for the rest. Just got the post this morning and I have been offered a full settlement of £931.50. There isn't even a confidentiality statement on the acceptance any more. Thanks for the support
  14. Slightly behind schedule with LBA but received an offer of £790 this morning. I will still be sending the LBA with a rejection of the offer included. A 15% reduction of the claim without reason is not acceptable.
  15. I have received a letter this morning from Customer Relations acknowledging my Prelim and promising a reply within 10 days. Very civil, but is it a stalling tactic? They also sent a leaflet 'listening to your comments' which describes their complaints procedure! It even tells me how to contact the Financial Ombudsman should I not get a successful resolution. So far, so polite.
