I pay a yearly fee to FD and each time i exceed my o/d limit (being a mature student suffering hardship) they charge me an o/d fee £30 and Excess Overdraft Fee of varying rates and periods of interest are charged at the same time. Can I claim this in whole or part? Best wishes H:o
