Hi Wills Checking my account daily not a penny paid in so i think when ours arrives it will be in the form of a cheque. My 28 days is up 15th Dec so 9 days to go, it is getting close to the wire but i feel Saturday could just be a good day for post. Keep the faith Tracey

Hi A little bit concerned, On reading other threads most people seem to have received comunication from banks and solicitors, all i have received is a form from the courts stating that the claim has been acknowledged is this normal or am i in for an even longer wait. The form had a copy of their acknowledgement attached giving Ian Brunt as their solicitor Tracey

Hi quick update. Received acknowlegement that service has been filed today. Sensible head reading posts says cheque should be in my grasp in the next few weeks but scared part of brain says you gonna be the one who gets before the judge. Gulp

Hi, Right parchute account up and running with Firstdirect, even got a cheque book (here we go again). I have received a pretty standard reply to LBA so this evening filed MCOL for £955. Now more scared than ever in my life and that includes jumping out of an plane!! Hopefully will make for a cheerful January. Tracey

Hi I really should proof read b4 i hit submit!! I am very curious why 3 days after Northern Rock lent us £13,500 Natwest declined a step account. Experion cannot find us so struggling to find out about credit rating to see what on earth is going on. Gonna need a long holiday after all this is over, who fancies the carribean courtesy of the banks!!! Tracey

hi called into Natwest today to sort out ID for the new account got taken into back office offered tea, thinking to self wow A & L never this nice. Then bang "are you aware that you have only applied for a step account, i can sort out an advantage blue or gold account if you wish" Do they all have an inbuilt lets extort as much as we can mode not such a nice man!! Hi bigsister, we also have just opened parachute account with Natwest. They will do all the leg work regarding Dd and income. they will write to a & l get details and set everything up then close old account if you wish. Good luck with your claim. Tracey

Hi, Right have got prelim letter prepared but confused abouth the interest issue. I understand the 8% is NOT added until court stage but on my statements after each charge for unauthorised overdraft they have charged varying amounts of interest. Only small amounts totalling £5.67 but the mood i am in i don't want them to get away with a penny of my money. Sorry mini rant!!! Do i claim these small amounts in my initial claim? Thanks Angi & Allyxia. Next lot of charges gonna be £50 on top of £905 claiming from Alliance & Leicester. Will wait that week i think gives me time to set up new account for when they close existing account. Ho Hum this is fun, so looking forward to the battle. Tracey

Hi new to the forum. I have just received statements prelim letter ready and have received notification of charges for unauthorised overdraft which will be taken from my account 1st nov, can i include these on my claim or will i have to claim again at a later date. Good luck to all tracey
