Yes it was hand delivered at 6pm, but surely they didnt even need to call out as it is their mistake.

My hubby has car on finance from welcome and pays by direct debit. Last night we had a hand posted letter from them saying in arrears and for us to contact urgently to offer payment proposals and they have added £25.00 charge for having to call out to our house. As we pay by direct debit we were mystified so today checked bank and for some reason they have not taken the last 2 mths payments. Money was in account but they have not even tried to takethe d/d payment. They have made no contact either by letter or phone until last night. I find this strange as the funds were there,they just didnt request them from the bank nor made any contact for over 2 mths. Surely they cant charge us a calling out fee when they decided not to take the money? wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

Hello Regarding kensington and mortgage agency services ltd (MAS). They areboth the same company and actually are both part of Brittannia Building Society (sub-prime section). Check Fisa site to confirm this. I have been to court with them and this was confirmed by the judge and their brief.
