thank you!!! was very good to have the support of CAG when I was very nervous about things!! -
First wrote my bank in October stating charges were unfair. Filed my claim at the end of December. Received letter from Lloyds TSB solicitors, offering full settlement, including court fees. Received payment last week!!! Thanks very much CAG! Will be making a donation to this site.

Hi Kazzaw, Congratulations on getting this far!!! I've been quite nervous about my claim against LloydsTsb but am now at the A&Q stage. Just a question for you please since you've braved that step - do you send copies of your statements or letters written to LloydsTsb (as more information for the Judge) re: Section G of the A&Q form when sending it to the Court? Many thanks, Nervous claimant! -
thanks barty. will do.

Hi Barty! congratulations on your win!! i've just started my claim with lloyds and i'm about to send my LBA letter. Please could you offer any advice: the last set of charges that came out of my account took me over my overdraft limit. In protest, I refused to pay any money into the account after that. They have now cancelled my overdraft. I am unsure as to whether to clear this balance, or to leave it till the courts? Comments from anyone else who's had to deal with lloydstsb, welcome too!!!

Hi, i'm new to all this too. Does anyone know if student accounts converted to graduate accounts count. I'm with lloydstsb, and have an agreed overdraft on my account, but get charged 30pounds everytime I go over the limit, up to 90pounds. Can I claim back on this, or is my account excluded because it is a student/graduate account? Thanks
