I have lurked/used this site/forum for 9 months since i started the case Ihave followed faithfully the faq and the step by step guide. I had reached the final step of the guide with my allocation hearing at 1pm (09/02/07) tomorrow. I was starting to panic although I was all prepared for the hearing with bundle ready .I made a check of my account a 6pm 0n 08/02/07 and Settlement of claim £3232 :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: Donation on its way!! without you all it would not have been possible

Also in exactly the same position, I have received their defence to, seems standard as others on here. I am now settling doen to fill in the AQ .No doubt it will receive the same response.Caroline I will try and keep up to speed here too
