First just to say fab site, have found out more than I could imagine surfing through here!! Second - I have just printed all my statements from the HSBC website, well all the ones with charges and am just filling in the spreadshhet to calculate the total, which is no problem. However, the interest side has confused me as it does not calculate and me being a Excel Thicko have no idea! so can I send my claim off with no interest added? as I generally go for the 'if at first you dont succeed - give up' approach (discounting my claim as I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!) Keep up the good work guys, this site rocks!
