Cheers sparklydayz - good luck!! Bundle complete - 1 in the post to Barclays and 1 to be hand delivered Monday morning to court!!! I cant quite believe that it has come so far but am not backing off now. Mr Lombardi, I await your letter with a settlement but if not I will see your bosses in court!!

Sure it just must be the amount they are dealing with - hope it arrives soon!! Guess that you sent your bundle in but did not receive theirs then? I am in the process of copying everything 3 times and putting it all together for posting on Friday. Pain in the butt!! especially if they are not going to do theirs anyway! Cant take any chances though - I have come so far now!!

Got hold of a very nice Mr Lombardi today. Says I am a bit early !! (my court date 26 March) due to number of claims and he hasnt quite reached mine yet!! Expects to write to me beginning of March. Bundle needs to be in by 12th Feb so need to get it together and told him that I would be doing so. Got Bookworms bundle including the OFT action and Early Day Motion stuff,my letters,statements and schedule. Anything else I need??

Wait for judges directions - once you have a court date then try contacting Barclays to see if they will settle (where i am now!) Good Luck !!

Hi Kim Just wait for them to file an Acknowledgement of Service (they have 14 days to do so and they will file on the 13th day)This then gives them 28 days to file a defence and they will probably file anything up to a week late) You will then receive a Transfer of Proceedings to your local court and you will have to complete the Allocation Questionaire that they send you and send it with your fee to your court. A judge will then look at the case and allocate to small claims track (if it is) and then give you a court date. This is where I am now!!! I am now talking to Barclays and hoping for a settlement before going ahead and preparing my court bundle. Hope this all makes sense and helps you!! Good Luck!!

County Court date received of 26th March 07 - Small Claims Track Think I will make a phone call in a week or so to Barclays to see if they want to coff up before court. Will start to get bundle together though !!

Opened a NatWest Step A/C as a personal parachute account - no problem. Also had a NatWest Business A/C - Direct Business Banking,with on line facility and cheque book (no credit) - opened no problem despite previous bankruptcy a few years ago Good Luck !!

Rang court again and they have now received Barclays AQ (late!!) Court administrator said "Awaiting directions from judge now as none if these have gone to court" Encouraging I think!! Should hear something next week with a bit of luck

Dragon, Standard stuff my friend,don't panic,be confident and use the resource on this site. Keep reading up other peoples threads - it will make you even more confident of eventual success. Complete your Allocation Questionaire (help is available in Templates) and send your £100 back to the court in question asap Wait and see if Barclays get their AQ back on time - ring the court after the deadline has passed to see if they have. If they have, ask the court if the judge has set a court date, if so go back to the Templates and start to prepare your Court Bundle.Remember help is available!! If Barclays have not returned their AQ, ask the court what happens next!!(this is where I am with my claim!!) Keep us all in touch of your progress. Good Luck

Hi Scouse boy, Do you mean the Court Application Fee ?? The £100 is for your Court Application Fee which you have to pay if your claim is over £1500.This happens once you get your Transfer of Proceedings through to your local court. (This comes after the Woolwich file a defence) You will need to complete the Application Questionaire and return it before the courts deadline along with £100. When you win you will get this back!! Red or Blue mate??!!!
