I know this is an old thread but I'm confused who you got the stage where Lloyds are offering you a F&F. I know from all the reading I've done you've CCA'd them and they obviously haven't been able to produce that so have you just continued and put the account in dispute then eventually they are offering you an F&F ? Sorry to sound think but I'm unclear how we get from unenforceable credit cards to them offering you an F&F. Thanks for any information Si

Received a letter from NatWest 29/8/2006 asking for a £5 payment to send me my bank statements. Have read this is standard stalling stuff. I originally sent off a cheque for £10 which they clearly ignored. Sending off the £5 cheque today. Si

I think I might be spending too much time on this website....LOL Started the process against lloydsTSB on Tuesday and thought I might has well have a crack at Natwest too........Given the template letters you guys here have provided it seems like a no brainer to recover MY money. My girlfriend said Bank Changes are like a savings account only harder to withdraw from LOL Anyway, I'm sending off my letter requesting statements/charges to my NatWest Branch today so looking forward to getting dirty shortly. Well I've been reading about this stuff for ages and finally today got round to doing something about. Thanks to this forum ( Great advice and information ) I've now sent off my letter requesting statements/charges to LLoydsTSB. Will post back when I get the information back Si
