  1. Yeah but it only tells you what to tick and cross in the actual questionairre and not if i have to send additional info or not Again any help appreiciated
  2. Sorry to start a new thread on this quys but couldn't find anywhere!! when sending the allocation questionairre back do i need to include any thing else other than my fee? ANOTHER schedule of charges perhaps? Also do i need to write any more letters to the bank? All help appreciated Regards
  3. Hi guys Ill cut a long story short Filed on 2/11/2006 - Barclays acknowledged and filed defence and i have now recieved Transfer of proceedings, Barclays defence and Allocation questionairre. When i fill in the questionairre do i send my summary of charges from the date i filed (02/11/2006) or up to the date i send my questionairre?!?! Also do i need to send anything else back? Regards
  4. Good Luck I issued with barclays on 02/11 and received notice of that 2 days later so unlike the banks they are very efficient! pawlid1

Hi Guys Been a while since been on my thread Here is an update - Emailed HSBC Cust relations to request further 3 years Bank Statements - received within 6 days of email. - Totalled charges ( £445 - bit dissapointed was expecting more! - But hey!) - Money requested - standard letter back recieved - LBA letter sents - No reply after 14 days Just as i am about to log onto MCOL what should come through my door - a letter from HSBC offering £400!!! As its sooo close to xmas and im sure some of you are shouting at the screen saying take the 'bast*rd* all the way' each of us have thier own personal circumstances so im gonna accept! I just want to say thanks for all your advice along the way Donation to be sent once monies received Good Luck Every one!!!

Hi Guys Hope Everyones Claim Is Going Ok Filed My Claim Yesterday, But Noticed There Was Nowhere To Attatch My Spreadsheet With The 8% Interest Added, When Does This Come Into Play , Will The Court Request To See It? Thier Solicitors? Any Advice Will Be Greatly Apprieciated To Calm Me Down! Regards
  8. Hi Guys Haven't been on for a while been quite busy, but ............... there have been some developments , no problems along the way (touchwood!) Today received letter from Barclays offering £450 as a 'full and final settlement', I AM CLAIMING £905!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE THEY TAKING THE P**S!!!! Although £450 would be handy on the run up to Xmas i am rejecting the offer BUT i need to know the next step All help greatly appreciated Regards pawlid1
  9. Hi Guys Today is the 43rd day since HSBC received my Data Protection letter requesting my bank statements. Since then i have only received up to Dec02 - Jan 03. I opened my account in Sept 1999 when i joined university. I couldn't find the original thread but i can remember seeing one with a number for the DPA officer/Customer relations manager to contact Does any one know this info? Or if indeed this is the correct proceedure? All help greatly apprieciated pawlid1

Just received my 6 years statements from Barclays, spent the weekend totalling them up and been viewing the various entries on this excellent site but ive hit a brick wall and only two things are driving me nuts on what to do!! :confused: :confused: To include with my LBA letter and my summary of charges do i add interest to my figure of charges???? and if so..................... Which spreadsheet do i use to calculate these, as i can only find the vampire one which is used for court action? Links in reply's would be most helpful Regards pawlid1

Hey 30 days have expired and i have only recieved 3 years bank statements There was a sudden rush around 10 days after they had recieved my letter requesting them but nothing since, has anyone else experienced this!:idea: Worst case scenario: if 40 day pass and i havent recieved all my statements who do i write to/ is there any one to call like there is at Barclays ( Townsend ) All help greatly apprieciated pawlid1
  13. Sent recorded delivery so know EXACTLY when they recieved, kept all post office slips for evidence! I have also recieved the standard letter back with my £10 cheque returned so they know my current issues regarding my account! pawlid1
  14. Hi everyone I know they have 40 days but is this common practice for Barclays to wait till the last minute to send my statements. Also if 40 days pass and still no statements, what do i do, who do i call/ write to All help apprieciated! pawlid1

    Hi Rifelz My 40 days will be up very soon and they have only sent me 3 years worth of statements, so getting rather narked , but not going to rise to it they have a couple of days left! Regards pawlid1

  22. Hi 'MUDFLAP' Although i live and breathe by the internet, im quite old fashioned , that something official as this ( as much as it is time consuming ) is better done in the form of letter. But thanks for advice How is/has your claim going/gone?
