  1. You can also tell them you intend to use one account for wages and the other for any other income you may have , at the end of the day it really is not there business at to why you intend to keep the first account open it is totally your business not theres.
  2. I found opening an account online with the natwest step account was extremly easy as i was verified on credit role i did not even need to show proof of id , you get the debit card to and your not treated like a lepper in the bank , stay away from alliance and lecister if you want to put money in your only allowed to send it off or put in hole in the wall they dont want you in the bank at all. Out of all i would recommend natwest!
  3. In Requesting your ccjs to be set aside did you send an affidavit with your N244 form and if so did you use the solicitor afffidavit or the general affidavit by the court signed by a judge Thanks in Advance
  4. Firstly may i say this website is a breath of fresh air so thanks to all that run it I had two credit cards one with egg for £1200 and one with capital one for £200 having gone through redundancy lots of late charges were applied to both cards ending with two ccjs one from egg for £1700 and one from capital one for £515 i think only 50 is court costs the rest are admin charges etc . How do i deal with this do i write directly to the credit card companies or do i write to the debt company and solicitor dealing with these , also if the charges are criminal can i get the judgement set aside and where could i find info on tackling this thanks and good luck to all , weeks of reading i think before attempting anything
