  1. I don't know the answer to your question, but congratulations on them offering you all your fees back
  2. Good work asharon!! It looks like Goldfish are dealing with a few claims at the moment - They'd better start paying up
  3. Thanks for the advice Do you thinkm I should send that instead of a LBA or as part of it?
  4. I'm now confused?? Should I accept the partial offer or not? I would like to go for the whole lot and not accept their initial offer. Should I just try and amend the LBA letter? Many thanks in advance.
  5. I feel I can start my own thread now, after spending a couple of days of checking exactly what to do, I sent my preliminary letter off to Goldfish. Now, it's not that they owe me much money, only a couple of late payments but more the principal of what they've done and how banks have treated me in the past. Sorry Goldfish, but years of frustration at how these parasites operate is coming your way. If I were them, I just pay up now because I'm not going away
  6. Make sure you go for the interest Juicy, that's your money too. I'm glad to hear that your going to fight them for everythinh you're owed. I've worked out how much I'm owed and I'm now I'm ready to start getting my cash back
  7. So, it looks like their initial offer will be 60% of what you're claiming Do you think you'll settle for that or will you go for the whole lot? And I wonder what they'll do about the interest too? Good luck
  8. Thanks again, the letter will go tomorrow so I'll wait and see what they say
  9. Thanks asharon Should I send the letter to the Morgan Stanley London address?
  10. Hi Juicy, Thanks for that However, I have retained copies of all my statements which is how I have calculated my late fees. So does this mean I can send the first letter off (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/586-credit-store-card-letter.html) with a spreadsheet detailing the dates concerned and the interest? Do I need to enclose copies of the statements too? Many thanks for your help.
  11. I've just started in trying to claim back my money from Goldfish and notice that you've mentioned a cheque for £10. Please can you let me know what this is for? Many thanks in advance and good luck with your claim
  12. Hello I'm just starting to make a claim against Goldfish for my late fees. Thanks for all the advice I've already picked up.
