  2. hagenuk, I know you said you were asking for 9 years of statements did that not work out, is that why you are claiming 6 years ?
  3. stick to your timetable, if you have sent an LBA then you make your claim when their time is up.
  4. nancies stick to the schedule as laid out. DPA Prelim LBA then make the claim. you could send them a letter thanking them for there offer but you are looking to receive all the amount and they have until wghatver date to get back to you.
  5. Thanks. Does anyone know ? Should I write and say ok I will drop it but you must cover court costs ?
  6. Quick question, I have now received a letter offering me all fees without court etc and it has crossed over with my money claim so I filed on the 10th of this month and they sent at the same time without my claim happeneing at that time. What happens now ?
  7. I sent my two letters, had one offering me difference between £12 and £15 and from some bloke who couldn't be bothered to read the letters and offered me one charge off. So today my claim was filled and it added an extra £70 for interest.
  8. I still sent a LBA, but I was today offered £25 by someoen as Mairi is away but he has forgotten about the other £165 so I said thanks but not enough and you still have untill x date. In other words I stuck to the timetable on this site of the 1. DPA letter and etc. 2. Then prelim letter 3. LBA In between you get the letters from them saying we think our fees are fair and we weren't part of this whole thing anyway so why shouldn't we charge you loads letters and I coun t them seperately.
  9. No go for the whole lot I just wondered if there was a polite refusal letter. I sent... ACCOUNT NUMBER: *!*!*!*!*!*!***!*!*!!! Thank you for your letter dated 26th July 2006 regarding my letter to you. I am unable to accept your offer because you have not broken down your charges. The £12 charge level that the Office of Fair Trading referred to was a maximum and not a set amount. If you can show how you reached your figure rather than simply using that one then I would consider accepting the offer. Unless I hear from you before the deadline set out in my letter dated 25th July I will continue with my claim. Yours faithfully,
  10. Good luck with this ! Shouldn't it be unlawful charges rather than illegal though ?
  11. I have looked but have lost the thread. What Iam looking for is a letter template to reply to the we offer you a partial refund response from the bank. If someone could provide a link to one that someone has used that would be great. Thanks
  12. No you can just send off the first letter with the schedule of fees. Juicy did you phone up ?
