Hi All, Two weeks ago i phoned up HSBC to complain about there charges (this was before i was aware of this website) in which they had charged me £1360 in charges over the last 1 and a half years. They then sent me their good will letter and a £100 in which i was not happy with one bit. I then came across your website and sent them letter 1 with a breakdown of all the charges. Today i recieved a letter from HSBC saying they are going to pay me back £1150 ! + £100 = £1250 I am so happy, thankyou so kindly for this website, all my friends now know of this site and intend to claim back their money !
