Hello Julie My names Andy, I too have a problem with A+L overdraft charges. I'm trying to claim back £380 owed to me, and have sent a letter stating my claim, however today I received a letter from A+L stating that they do not accept that the charges were unfair and hence no refund. What would be my next course of action? Many Thanks Andy -
