ok think i understnad now, this is the intrest i was charged by the bank on the borrowing i was forced to take when the applied charges on my account. How do i calculate this? Im confused because surely the intrest stopped when my account was in credit???? some help!

Hi just about to sort out my first letter to HSBC, however dont realy understand what this means in the letter. "plus £XXX which you have charged me in overdraft interest for the sum which you have taken" Is this the intrest that they owe me on each fine all added up together?? many thanks for any response
