Right as i have no a/c numbers or anything i just send his name DOB etc shall i send passpos and bill with the request or wait for them to ask for it??? thanks for your help

Hi everyone i am currently claiming back my charges from Lloyds TSB, but a few nights ago me and my partner remembered he once had an account with Natwest and was charged hundreds of pounds over a few months and to be honest it was their fault for not cancelling a direct debit properly. But because it was about 3 years ago and we dont have any account number or sort code or any statements is there anyway we can still claim to get those charges back ??? hope someone can help thanks Charlotte

I think alot of people agree with you davisc02, i had sleepless nights and days where we only just had enough money to buy our baby some food, most of my charges that have taken me overdrawn have jepodised my home as my rent has not been able to some out of my bank because they have snatched the money cos of their greed. I think we would all love to screw them for every penny they could possibly give us but then we might just take it a step to far an lose everything. I know ill just be glad when this is all over and i can spend my money on what i want not the fee`s and charges they tell me i should. Good luk to you. take Care

hi not to worry ive solved it ive input al my data will be printing everything out tomorrow and will be in post by 14th, do i just send this letter and spredsheet to my local branch??

i have just recieved the spreadsheet to input data on the notes it says do not add any interest i have been charged does this mean the over draft interest i have been charged everytime ive been going over drawn?????

the names are Unpaid Standing order Unpaid Direct debit im understand from what you have said above i am entitled to claim for these thanks for you help mjanet

thanks for your advise to far i have just again gone over the step by step guide i think it has sunk in now hehehe im just trying to get the spreadsheet to work, i am only going back 2 years because i did not incur any charges before those 2 years and i hadnt had my bank much longer then that. I have gone back through all my statements and added it all up so im ready to go.

HI everyone, Im new to all this and wondering if i can get some help from someone. I have been reading through all your messages and you have inspired me to try and get my money back. In the past 2 years Lloyds have taken £650 from me in bank charges, 1 month they took £175 for been overdrawn. I know my £650 is nothing compared to all the thousands they have taken from all you. Well im a mum now and out of work at the minute so every penny counts to me, especially when they have taken these charges and its left me with no money at all for weeks. Makes me so angry. After reading once again through the FAQ`s and step by step guide i figured i have to put all my charges on to the spreadsheet from the libary, when i tried opening this program it wouldnt work can anyone help??? Once i have entered all my data do i then send it off with the Preliminary approach for repayment letter???? Hope someone can help and Good Luck to all you who are currently reclaiming your charges.

Hi everyone im Charlotte, at the moment i am banking with Lloyds TSB and estimate they have taken about £500 in charges maybe more from me in the past 3 years i have been with them. I have looked over and over at all the threds concering Lloyds TSB and the FAQ`s, I think i have a good idea where to start but im not sure where i can obtain all my statements from. I do online banking and they are all there but can i print them and send them with my first letter or do they have to be originals??? IF they do have to be the orginal statement where can i get these from??? PLEASE HELP. Thanks.
