I have the same situation with nationwide bank

Dear All, I got this website through google search (how to claim back bank charges). I am playing catch up to pay all the late payment fee, unauthorised overdraft, returned unpaid cheque and etc. On and off i have paid more than 800 for the charges. When i ring the helpline at nationwide to disusss my financial difficulties, no body answer the phone. i tried more than 30 times and get this type of message. Please be patience, unfortunately your call cannot be taken at the moment................ Please provide me a pointer to claim back my money. Regards Mike Chan Thanks J. White
