Hello everybody Well it's time to get serious against HSBC. I'm sending my LETTER BEFORE ACTION letter out tonight. A bit nervous but it has to be done. I'll keep everybody posted about what happens.

Not been on here for a while due to waiting for my statements to come through. They've now arrived and I've been charged £1,083.00 over the last six years in charges without interest added. Going to use the spreadsheet on here to calculate the interest and send the first of many letters off. Does anybody know where is the best address to send off my bank charges statement? Thanks Andy

Hi Paul Would be very interested in keeping touch with you as I'm just about to go through my bank charges I've incurred with HSBC. The pasy six months it's been about £750. I'll let you know how I get on and see if there's any tips I can pick up to pass on to yourself. Andy

Just wanted to say hello to everyone on the site. I've just been charged £125 for going over my overdraft limit, which has sent me.................over my overdraft limit yet again, and the bank will charge me another £125 next month for going overdrawn and the saga will go on and on and on and on. Except this time it won't. Rather than go down to my bank and talk to them till I'm blue in the face I've decided to take action against them, which is why I've joined this website, to learn about what I should do and when and how I can reclaim either all of my bank charges or at least some of them. Last year I paid around £600+ in bank charges including one for illegal use of my account! Any advice anybody can give me will be gratefully recieved and I will keep everybody informed of my battle to reclaim my bank charges. LET BATTLE COMMENCE!!!
