Had absolutely no problems with Amex refunding all the fees using standard forms from this website. They were first to respond to my data access request and first to refund the money. Meanwhile MBNA responded in most peculiar way to my ROC, they replied straight away with "We don't agree with watchdog decision blah, blah as a good will gesture we put £100 to one of your accounts". Say what? I didn't request any money yet, I just wanted to see my statements, how much do they owe me that they got so nervous so fast.
