    Hia I have been trying to let the courts know through mcol that the halifax have paid in full but not sure how to do this. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks Caz

    Hia. You've come to the right place. I have just today received all of my money back from the Halifax. It's wonderful when you look at your account and realise they have put the money in. Everyone is really helpful here and if you read the FAQ's and do everything step by step you should be ok. Good luck Caz

    Hia everyone Just to let you know I have received a Notice of Issue from the court this morning. details are Claim issued on 4th Sept. Sent to defendant first class post on 4th Sept.and it will be deemed to be served on 9th Sept. Halifax has until 23rd Sept. to reply Hope everyone else is going on ok with their claims Caz
