  1. Wishing everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year!!! :D
  2. Sorry about that smellie....... i definitely got you mixed up with my "in law" he he he ... as for that [problem], they are taking the p*ss... i haven't heard from them for a while now but im waiting for a reply from the judge for a hearing... hopefully they will comply before the hearing:) :)
  3. Rang SCM today and asked if their client will settle or speak to me about a settlement... they seem to be expecting my call and they told me that LTSB will be applying for a "stay" for a month through the courts to come to a negotiation with me but i told them that they should not bother because i will write to the courts to unhold the stay. The guy i spoke to then said that i should fill in the AQ and sent it to the court and i said i will. Afte our conversation i had the feeling that they will come back to me .... possibly through the post about a settlement offer  ... Well im not the type to "count my chickens before they hatch" but im pretty my confident that an offer will present itself soon.... Watch this space......
  4. Just got the AQ and the defence from LTSB. Well what i will do is get in contact with SCM and request if LTSB will be prepared to settle..... That might trigger them to do something.... he he

  6. Smelliellie!!!!!! guess who it is.... Im your little sis boyfriend.... hmmmmmmm... now who could that be... check Reacher's thread and find out.....ha ha ha ha ha... :D
  7. Congratulaions for your endeavours..... I know how Lloyds can be ... they will stall for as long as possible to pay up. Ive just received my Acknowledgement of service and i will definitely follow your thread and also seek advice from Gary H. He seems to be the one that actually delivered the final blow that made Lloyds to give-in. Once again...... Congratulations!!!!! :D
  8. Ive just received my notice of issue form the courts and it has been deemed to be served on the 10th November. Now the bank has until the 24th of November to respond........ The long hard wait. Also ive requested for a refund from the courts for my original claim that i messed up. The only way i could get a refund according to the courts is if i send them the old claim number and the new claim number for them to sendthe refund. Just for the record, im being refunded by cheque.. even though i paid with my debit card online:confused: ... dont ask...
  9. Ive just re-submitted my application at my local courts:x.... this time it must be right because i had to make sure that it was properly done and i went through with the woman behind the desk. Now the wait....................................... Ive also written the courts at Northampton for a refund of my original application.
  10. Thanks a lot Micheal.... That means a lot because i thought that i might have lost it and will have to wait another 14 days for them to respond, or have the case thrown out altogether. Hopefully they will give a quick response because im off to the courts to submitt the amended form with the 8% interest calculation on the spreadsheet tomorrow afternoon. I will definitley keep you guys informed....
  11. Ive just found out exactly why my application has been susupended.... i stupidly filled in the claimants and the defendants name and address as Lloyds TSB?!? :o :o . I cannot believe how annoyed i am with myself!!! Now i have to start all over again with the court procceeding and fill another form and pay another court fee which at the moment i haven't got! The court said they will refund my fee but thats not the problem. Its the time of waiting again for 14 days again for the bank to reply and i dont even know if they will cancel the original 8% interest that has accrued over the 29 days on top of the charges. Well i will have to speak to the courts about this ..... and ask if i can just send a form without having to pay the court fees again because i haven't got £120 in my account to pay for it.
  12. It says " Money owed by Bank" , on the descripiton part of the form and "Lloyds TSB" on the defendant part of the form and "suspended (16/10/2006)" on the claim part of the form... I do not know what this means but, i hope what im thinking is true... that they probably suspended the case so that they can have a chance to contact me to come to some kind of agreement, but so far i haven't had any contact from them. :x
  13. Can somebody help please.... my claim has just been suspended:mad: ?!? I haven't got a clue why its been suspended but i suspect that Lloyds bank filled in for a suspension to the courts. I have just written the courts demanding an explanation why my case has been suspended an im waiting to hear from them hopefully tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone out there? Im in despirate need of help here........
  14. Ive just posted my court claim form online and hopefully this time i will hear from my bank... because the last time i heared from them was on the 7th September with the usual standared letter. I sent the LBA after 14 days and i never heared from them. They will now get the message... !!!!!
  15. Cant wait for the 2nd October. :D I will then start filling for litigation cos i haven't heard from the bank.
