Hi guys, advice would be greatly appreciated, I have $40,000 worth of credit card debt here in Australia ( which I am making monthly payments to for past 14 months ) my question is this - got family issues and we need family around, it’s just getting really hard here for us, going back to the UK might have to be a very real possibility in the future will. try not to but if we do I’m concerned ( work in construction) that if I cant make enough money to live in the uk as not been there for over a decade and fall behind and cannot continue making these monthly payments that somethings going to give and I simply won’t be able to pay them, will they come chasing me in the Uk? ive read conflicting things. just weighing up my options as racking my brain at the minute.
