  1. Hi, I sent the email to the manager of the ice rink on the 16th of March but have yet to receive a reply. Should I send a follow-up email?
  2. this was the email I sent... Dear Ms. O’Sheen, I am sending this email in regard to a PCN received from Premier Park Ltd for overstaying by one minute. This was due to my autistic niece falling over and hurting herself on the ice rink. Please note that because of her condition, certain situations can be very challenging and upsetting to watch. We paid a lot of money for my children and nieces to attend the ice rink and also paid for the car park, please see the attached receipt. I ask that you please get this PCN canceled as it is causing a lot of unnecessary worry and upset.

  7. this one to Gladstones? Dear Will & John, Re: PCN no.XXXXX cheers for your Letter Before Claim. I rolled around on the floor in mirth at the idea you actually thought I'd take such tripe seriously and cough up! Now you know and I know and now you know that I know the million reasons why your client's invoice is total pants. Annex 1. FI. Exempt Circumstances. Get off your backsides and do some due diligence for once and look it up. On top of that your greedy client has invented £70 Unicorn Food Tax and you've been telling porkies about solicitors' costs again. Letter to the SRA in the post! Your client can either stop this foolishness or I will look forward to thrashing them in court, obtaining an unreasonable costs order under CPR 27.14(2)(g) and spending it all on a nice foreign holiday while laughing at your client's expense. I look forward to your deafening silence. COPIED TO PREMIER PARK LTD"
