  1. Good morning Yes . All done. Unfortunately we went to court on Friday as it got changed from mags to crown again. We thought OPS hadn't shown as we had been waiting over half hour in the waiting area before going into Chambers. Walked in and the you knew the judge had already made a decision by the face and nothing was going to change this. She also had a letter AGAIN that we hadn't received at home from OPS in the last two weeks dates April twenty something She Held it up and read it out to say that Ops will not be attending and that they will be continuing with the charges of this. We told her this was another document not received and still just for your knowledge we haven't received it still ! Even if the post was delayed. My daughter said If the receipt of these documents is important for these companies then why don't they sent by signed for or tracking like we have to? Judge said companies DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF PROOF OF DOCUMENTS POSTED. They just have to send them . Which technically means they can make it look like they've sent it and not send anything! So The application to set Judgement aside was denied! My daughter rang Qdr and just paid the balance . The ccj was put on file in March 2020. So that's that
  2. Also from the email that OPS Data Protection have just sent back this evening. They have again stated from our reply we sent them in #95 that we contact ZZPS as this is the organisation that administrates the PCN
  3. Hi everyone. Sorry for the late response. There was a total of 23 references in total. I just didn't end up uploading the final page. SARS have been sent in writing with proof of postage to OPS and Qdr as next day post.
  4. Apologies for the late response. Grandparent's duties called. None of the dates are in order as you see and these references in the columns are not the same as what was sent in the the single email to us from OPS on 2021 with parking tickets numbers on dvla.pdf
  5. The girl who took the call didn't quite know what to do in the conversation at all. She kept putting us on hold to ask questions and come back to us. I mean it took a whole day of attempting to call then arranging a call back to do this The dvla pages show my daughter breached the terms and conditions of ops parking in the paperwork. This is what it shows. Whether this is because the tickets have ran out and the time had gone over ? I don't know? Shows dates of occurring and when it was requested it also shows when this was requested by the enforcement notice people back in January!!
  6. We called the solicitors today Qdr - We asked why they hadn't contacted us direct.? They have confirmed having my daughters contact number and email address on file. We asked why when we asked for proof it wasn't sent out? We asked why this court enforcement landed on our doorstep? As if they had provided us with the relevant documents that Dvla have given us, which is information of the vehicle and not just reference numbers this matter could have been dealt with years ago. We have asked this to be looked into since all calls are recorded as per the advisor making us aware. We asked they looked into the calls from when we contacted them 2 years ago asking for evidence and why it wasn't sent? I've asked this to be raised as a formal complaint. We've also spoken about the payment and if the payment was made in full ? What happens with the ccj? Are they able to remove this from the credit file.? They OPS have asked for a little time to complete the above and come back to us! I said we will give them a week and call back.
  7. We got post from Dvla today, they had all the information on the parking tickets we needed! Dates and location. There hadn't been any physical tickets at the scene on these occasions. It makes no odds. We know now it's best just to contact OPS to pay the costs. There was also a letter from the courts With a date for the 29th April to be heard at the Magistrates Court.

Hi Harry, Thanks for your response, I have some questions from your email response dated 11/4/23 detailed below:- OPS: “We do not have access to all the data regarding your parking charges as we do administrate them” You have stated that you do administrate these parking charges, so why can you not share my data that you hold ? As per your own GDPR policy taken from your website, it states the below, so from my understanding you have a legal obligation to share the details you have on me, so can you please confirm back to me this detail as per my original request?:- YOUR RIGHTS Under GDPR, you may request to: be informed: we must make available this privacy notice with the emphasis on transparency over how we process your data. access: you are entitled to find out what details we may hold about you and why. rectification: we are obliged to correct or update your details. erasure: this is also known as the right to be forgotten. restrict processing: you have the right to block or suppress the processing by us of your personal data. data portability: you have the right to obtain and reuse the personal data that you have provided us. object: you have the right to object to us processing your data in relation to direct marketing and or profiling. rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling: we do not use any automatic decision making or processing. OPS: “You will need to contact ZZPS for the full details” Who is ZZPS? I have never dealt with this company, equally I do not have any contact details or agreements to discuss my account with ZZPS and why do I need to contact ZZPS. I require a response from One Parking Solution within 5 days of this request.

  11. The responses were the emails they sent asking for the car licence number and the email uploaded by me yesterday
