Hello and thank you, yes they pop up when you google looking for painters to paint the outside of my house. All singing and dancing website, it looked too good to be true though and having been on the receiving end of bad tradesmen a few times no matter how good they seem, they aren't always that good so I looked for reviews and I'm glad I did.

Thank you Lisag for your threads and posts. I am sorry you had to suffer so much. I was considering using NPA and was looking for reviews when your posts on here came up. I am glad I have seen them and do not think I will be using NPA as a result.
