  2. hello all this is my first attempt at posting a thread so for the pro`s it could be a giggle . i`ve thought i`d done my homework. but i`m getting a bit worried. i`ve sent in all the paperwork from asking lloyds for all charges from sept 2000 to sept 2006 sent them the template letter notifing of my intentions of claiming my charges back. Received the reply of `sorry your not happy`1 etc. then went to moneyclaim filled out the forms and paid the money. received the allocation questionnaire and sent it back. Then received a `standard order for stay`from the courts and dont no what happens next. shall i get in contact with the courts or lloyds ? THE LETTER STATES THAT: On or before 27 feb 2007 one of the following steps must be taken either the claimant must notify the court that the whole sum has been settled. or the claimant or defendant must write to court requesting an extension of the stay period explaining the steps being taken towards settlement and identifing any mediator, expert, or other person helping with the process. the letter should confirm the agreement of all parties. or all the parties must file a completed allocation questionnaire at the court. where a settlement of some of the issues in dispute has been reached, a list of those issues should be attached to the completed questionnaire. the list must be agreed with other parties and must indicate that it has been reached. so shall i wait for a response. is it lloyds turn to do something if so i think i need a nod from anyone who`s been here. thanks for reading.
