  1. Did you get any response from Iberia.... .... I've heard nothing. Court action I feel is looming....
  2. Iberia appear to be ignoring me...anybody had any success in court with them?
  3. Credit card can only get you refunds not compensation. BA refunded my flight, as they could only offer me a flight 5 days later !!, then refused my compensation....
  4. BA have flat out refused all my claims for compensation (They could pay me whatever they like but they are only compensating customers under EU621 regulations - and they are sticking to this rule adamantly. Legally correct but not morally). Iberia have also refused all claims. Looks like I'll be going to court against Iberia too...
  5. BA have already admitted liability for the IT outage....
  6. My ticket and boarding pass - both state (operated by Iberia)....
  7. BA refused my claim - said it was Iberia's fault. Iberia refused claim - say its BA's fault. BA advised to go to CDER - Iberia aren't covered under CEDR. Went to CAA they said go through CDER. Aggghhhhh.... Can't even contact Iberia - they only speak Spanish or reply in bizarre email replies... Is legal action the only real route here......? I am not in aloop of nonsense
  8. We have the same issue with this flight. BA are saying they were not the operator and to go to Iberia and claim compensation. Iberia are saying they won't pay as it wasn't their fault. i wouldn't mind but they are sister companies and they are refusing to talk to one another.... Had a long ding-dong dialog with BA and they say go to CEDR and raise a complaint about Iberia. Problem is that Iberia aren't covered under CEDR. Is this going to take legal action to sort out?
