Hello. I have received two charging orders. For non payment of rates i live in Northern Ireland and they amount to approx 2500.00 the date on the order is 28th July. Can anyone clarify if I have In fact got a CCJ? Did I read correctly that if it is paid off within 30 days the application is not registered? Or is that England? Any advice appreciated

Hello hope I'm posting it. The right place I owe about £5500 to the rates people. Live in ni. ot disputing it just need to try to pay it now. However I had a warrant for arrest issued and attended an interview I am awaiting the outcome. My question is would I know if I had a charging order? Do you have to get a CCJ first? I've buried my head in the sand until now. Any help appreciated x
