I rang 0800 0142955 I first pressed options2 to cancel and I got automated message and cut off. I then redialled selecting option 4 as wanting to discuss an open dispute then option 1selecting that this was online. This put me straight to adviser who took details said they had cancelled my subscription, I also asked for my cancellation reference..so hopefully this works..hope this helps. G.B
